Your role as team leader/pharmacist for Kronans Apotek in Karlsborg

We are looking for a driven and committed pharmacist who can take on the role of team leader at our pharmacy in Karlsborg. The pharmacy is centrally located on Kungsgatan, and in the vicinity, there are grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. You will work together with a competent and collaborative team that collectively takes responsibility for the pharmacy and contributes to high-quality customer experiences. With us in Karlsborg, you will be part of a wonderful team of three employees, including two pharmacists and a technician, who work together to achieve the pharmacy's goals. Our lovely pharmacy is part of a cluster consisting of two pharmacies, and we therefore need a team leader on site.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medications and self-care products to working with inventory management, campaigns, quality work, and development. The role also includes the following responsibilities and tasks:

• Dispense the right medication to each customer and offer professional patient advice while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
• Promote participation and good cooperation within the pharmacy and together with colleagues create a positive group dynamic.
• Be responsible for the daily operations by ensuring a sales-ready pharmacy and managing staffing, as well as distributing and prioritizing tasks in daily work.
• Ensure a good working environment, functioning medication supply, and disseminate and follow up on important information and activities. Also, lead the pharmacy towards set sales and campaign goals.

The pharmacy is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and closed on weekends. We offer a permanent full-time position with an initial probationary period, and you will be welcomed to the pharmacy manager Evelina Käll's team. Desired start date is according to agreement.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician and has experience in leading and distributing work. To thrive in the role, we believe you have a genuine interest in helping customers achieve good medication use and better health. We also believe that you thrive best when you are part of an engaged team working towards common goals. At the pharmacy, we support each other in daily work, and together we create a pleasant, sustainable, and safe working environment where we develop, have fun, and celebrate our successes. You should have a knack for leading a group and be results and solution-focused. Support is available from the cluster manager, a strong region, and service organization, as well as colleagues across the country.
